From 10:00 to 10:30 The Greater Bibleway Gospel Choir will play before the formal Opening of the Fair by The Right Worshipful the Mayor, Cllr Russ McPherson
From 10:30 Ditchburn House is again home to the famous jewellery stall, the WI and many other stalls, and Father Christmas will be visiting so that you can have your photograph taken with him.
They will serve lunches and then, when they are finished, cream teas during the afternoon.
From 10:30 in Ditchburn Gardens All day market stalls, the Fifth Plinth, and performances by Women of Note, Edna Murphy Classical Quarter, Capoeira, Gomito performers, Cambridge Morris Men with Coton Morris, Ely & Littleport Ladies Riot and Gog Magog Molly Dancers. Feast your ears + tap your toes to the winter warming songs of Good Vibrations, Cambridge's very own home-grown community choir.
Mark, creator & brewer from the Cambridge Moonshine brewery will be in the shop from about 11.30am till 3pm talking about his beers. Three of his beers will be available on draught to sample & countless bottles from him. Interestingly one of the beers called CB1 is based on an old recipe from Dales brewery on Gwydir street. There will also be a stout in an oak cask to sample.
He represents the most local brewery to here being based in the Gog Magogs & has some great innovative ideas about brewing, including beers based on local recipes & a range of beers brewed in honour of the University's 800 years.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day.

CAM artist Mr Nicholas Ellis will be presenting The ILLUSTRATED HARD TIMES, an exhibition of many of the chapter headings he is producing for the Dickens' classic, which is being published as hardback and paperback books as well as an animated video. Many other CAM artists will also be represented and there will a large number of unique and original cards on display for the festive season. Mulled wine will also be served by Mr Ellis, who will be in Dickensian costume for the day.
7pm: Mr Ellis and Mr Connolly will be presenting a recital of popular ballads of the last three decades for the delectation and amusement of the discerning public.
Friday 4th to Sunday 6th December - Special Winter Warmer specials including venison casserole. 'Mini' Beer Festival. Even greater selection of Real Ales will be available.

On the day of Mill Road Winter Fair there will be an art exhibition. The work of local artists will be displayed at the Salvation Army Community Centre and at a number of venues along Mill Road (see below).
From 14th to 22nd December many of these works will be exhibited at the Ruskin Gallery at Anglia Ruskin University, easily accessible through the Mackenzie Road entrance.
